crafty tofu smoothie

Ew, gross! Tofu?! Yes my friends, tofu. I use it all the time. Here's just one way you might be able to choke it down:

Ingredients:
  • 1 c. rice milk (or soy milk)
  • 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt (no high fructose corn syrup please)
  • A good spoonful or two of firm tofu
  • 1 ripe banana (opt)
  • 1 c. frozen strawberries
  • a good handful of raw spinach
  • 1 T. honey
Directions:
Blend your choice of liquid with yogurt and tofu (and banana) until smooth. Add frozen strawberries and blend. Add spinach and blend. Add honey and blend. Serve with straws.
