In the end, I'm blaming corn syrup. It's in EVERYTHING! And it's so bad for you.

so Beth,
where the heck do you do your grocery shopping? and what the heck do you buy? I've been wanting to eat natural foods, make natural meals and include more variety and such, but unless I grow it all out in my backyard, I can't. At least that's how I feel. (and all the preparation that is needed for natural food...ug) I feel stuck and it's extremely aggrivating. I do have a start: I'm getting whole/natural food oriented cookbooks for my birthday --I'm excited! anyway, for the most part I feel like I can't find souces, someone or something to turn to for guidance on changing from processed everything to real food. I can find on the internet everything bad about processsed food, but not much telling me how to change. it's a bit overwhelming.
